This year, I have partnered with eBay to bring you this His and Her's Outerwear Guide from all of my favorite brands and styles at a stellar price point, of course! As you know, eBay is known for having discounts on all your favorite brands and trending items. But this year I have found that they have a really impressive men's and women's coats and jackets section. They have anything from vintage Burberry and Chanel all the way to your favorite stores in the mall like Loft, Nordstrom, Express, etc.
I have linked the different options for you down below and since they are from eBay make sure you shop them before someone else does. There is only one of everything, and at amazing percentages off from the retail prices!
Cheers to staying cozy and warm in coats this winter...in style!
Kisses, Besos, Pupici!
1. Long Camel Coats
You can NEVER go wrong with a long camel coat. Not only is camel a neutral color and just goes amazing on top of any outfit but its an elegant alternative to the trench coat. Some camel coats are even wool so they are super warm and cozy for those chiller days. Camel coats are also timeless and will never go out of style. If you want a coat that will keep you warm and will last the test of time then these are great options for you! A great way to style a camel coat is with a bag! Often, these coats are used for work because you can dress them up so easily with a briefcase or nice tote bag! Also, wearing a cashmere or Burberry scarf with it would look very stylish because it pulls the brown shades out of the camel.
2. Leather Coats *with a pop of fur*
It wouldn't be a MillennialFashionista blog post without a hint of leopard, am I right? Well, this women's leopard faux fur collar on this leather jacket is so gorgeous and a great investment piece for fall. Jackets like this one retail anywhere from eight-hundred to thousands of dollars on designer sites. The men's version of this coat is such a great find! It is shearling lamb black fur collar and sides with Persian leather! How luxurious does that sound, for only fifty-eight dollars? This is a very stylish option for any man who wants a good quality leather jacket that will keep them warm in the winter.
3. Women's Plaid Coats
Plaid coats are very chic and like the camel coats, look great with neutral-toned outfits! The white and black plaid coat looks amazing styled with a statement belt or a pop of color. I love pairing chunky knit sweaters under these types of coats with black or dark blue jeans. To dress up this coat, because it is more formal, pair it with heels! Pairing heels with plaid always looks so classy and elegant. This next red plaid coat is so Christmas-y and fun! I love that it has the added pop of the faux fur to the collar which makes it more casual and cozy for a cold winter day. This type of coat is super great to pair with Lululemon leggings and some Nike sneakers!
4. Men's Plaid Coats
It is not often that you see men (especially in Virginia Beach) wearing a plaid coat! But when you do they always look so stylish and sophisticated! If the Persian leather and fur aren't for you then this just might be the perfect gift to your special someone, or even yourself! These coats are crafted with high-quality materials from your favorite stores like Zara, so you know you are getting what you pay for. The navy and dark grey stripe coat is the perfect layering piece to go on top of a sweater with a collar peeking through like the image on the gift guide. It looks great styled with light blue or grey jeans as well to pull out the colors. The same goes for the grey plaid coat! This would look great paired with a sweater, some nice jeans or pants, and a trendy boot or dress shoe and you would be surprised how nice of an outfit this makes! My favorite feature about this coat is that it is very structured so you look more defined in it.
5. Comfy Vests
Everyone NEEDS a comfy vest for winter. These are some great and affordable options from Patagonia which makes high-quality jackets. The women's vest is goose down, so it is super warm and easy to throw on over a chunky knit sweater or a tight cashmere top. It also has a drawstring waist so it is easy to cinch in and make more flattering. The men's front zip vest is fleece so it is a nice light extra layer for when it becomes a little more chilly but you don't quite need those bulky and thick coats on top.
6. Long Padded Jackets
Long padded jackets are essential in the winter months. When you need something a bit heavier and more snuggly then these are your best bet! I found these two from North Face and Patagonia which again are my favorite brands. The women's black Patagonia jacket is great to pair casually with leggings and a top or even to dress up with jeans or over a nice work outfit. You literally can't go wrong with anything black! It always looks so elegant. The men's North Face thermal zip is the perfect gift for any guy. It's super easy to throw on and doesn't take away from an outfit.
